What's the difference between deluxe and premium bundles?
Great question! enhanZing takes pride in having quality bundles. We don't believe you should be charged an arm and a leg for simply seeking quality hair. We've worked tirelessly to find quality that doesn't hurt pockets. With this in mind we have decided to provide to different types of bundles for our enhanZing family.
*Deluxe bundles are formed with 100% raw virgin hair.
*Deluxe bundles are able to be dyed and bleached from colors 27-99J.
*Deluxe bundles are capable to last for up to two years with proper care.
*Premium bundles are formed with 100% raw human hair, sourced from one donor.
*Premium bundles are able to be dyed and bleached as light to 613 hair color.
*Premium bundles are capable to last for up to four years with proper care.
Can I color any of my ehnanZing bundles?
Absolutely! All enhanZing hair bundles are capable of being colored, bleached and dyed. We strongly recommend seeking assistance from a professional hairstylist/colorist for assistance if you are interested in coloring, dying or beaching your enhanZing bundles?
What's the difference between HD and Transparent Lace?
HD lace is currently the thinest lace you can get in the hair industry. HD lace is capable of providing a natural, undetectable install. HD lace works amazing for all skin tones as it requires little to no customization prior to install. Please note that HD lace is not as durable as other laces on the market. HD lace is fragile, and can easily be ripped if not handled with proper care. Transparent lace is a high-end swiss with a light brown tone. Transparent lace is more durable. We highly recommend utilizing lace tint or makeup that matches your skin tone during customization and install. Transparent lace works lovely with all skin tones resulting in a beautiful install!
How do I know how many bundles to get?
Standard Hair Length Guide:
12 inches: 2 or more bundles
14 inches: 2 or more bundles
16 inches: 3 or more bundles
18-22 inches: 3 or more bundles
24-28 inches: 4 or more bundles
How long does shipping take?
All orders placed have a two day processing time and a shipping time. Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped in 4-7 business days. Due to high volumes we reserve the right to change and alter current shipping process time. Once the item has been shipped from our facilities we are not liable for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
Am I able to make modifications to my order?
We begin processing orders on a rolling basis. With this we are unable to allow modifications once the order is placed. We do allow modification request and they will be handled case by case based on where the order is in our process. You can submit your modification request here.

Refunds
Refunds are given on a case by case basis. Please be mindful that all return forms are REQUEST and do not guarantee a refund.
Bundles must be unaltered, the tag and wrapping must be in tack, bundles must be free of product, no heat, water, or frizzy (i.e don't touch/style bundles) bundles must be unworn and the return request must be done within five days of receiving your order.
enhanZing units are eligible for refunds. units must be unaltered, the tag and wrapping must be in tack. wig is not to be worn, styled, or customized. lace cannot be ripped, torn, or altered in any way. wigs will not be accepted in any other condition other than the condition it was sent in. return request must be done within five days of receiving your order.
